Initiated by Sergio Calderon, the sommelier of Le Suquet with Bernard and Myriam Plageoles, in 1991, it has since been the most anticipated day of the year for the restaurant teams, the harvest day at the Plageoles, a family of winemakers located in Cahuzac-sur-Vère, in the heart of the Gaillac vineyard.
This year, Sergio Calderon, a sommelier who has accompanied 3 generations of the Bras family, will hand over the keys to the Suquet cellar to Théo Larroque, not without having bequeathed to him over the years, some treasures and many memories.
