Our teams have heart
Le Suquet is a place open to others. Véronique, Sébastien, and all the staff, often through the Bras KC association, generously volunteer their energy, enthusiasm, and expertise. Countless children have passed through the kitchens or the garden to discover the joys of taste and healthy eating. Each year, among other things, a special dinner is organized to benefit various charities, including those fighting diabetes, supporting Ukraine, and raising funds for Breast Cancer Awareness Month (October). At the helm are all the staff members who have volunteered their time. "No surprises here: almost everyone shows up every year," smiles Sébastien Bras.
Responsible booking
For several years now, Maison Bras has chosen to participate in the Responsible Booking . As a result, a portion of the funds generated from reservations is donated to organizations such as La Tablée des Chefs , which fights food insecurity; École Comestible, which promotes healthy eating habits in children; Marakita, which supports the education and health of Nepalese children; and LIENS, which works towards sustainable food for all.
