Rooms and suites with a view

The 13 rooms, including two suites and a junior suite, with interior design by Jérôme Saysset, embody the principle of discovery and frame the surrounding landscape. Most are on the ground floor, and all offer breathtaking views. Large windows open onto the outdoors, allowing guests to experience the sky or embrace the garden and the vast surrounding open spaces. Escape is constant. From this magical place, the Aubrac region unfolds before you, delighting all your senses.

The evocation of the buron and the draille

The rooms flow seamlessly from the rest of the building, creating a unified architectural space. Here, the stonework evokes the buron, a traditional stone shepherd's hut. Further along, the stone path bordered by bushes, leading to the hotel rooms and offering a distant view of the Laguiole church steeple, is called the draille, the name given to the tracks that crisscross the plateau and allow herds to reach the pastures during transhumance.

A garden on a plateau

The buildings of Le Suquet shelter an incredible garden from the winds, a place where nature has been able to express itself, guided by men and women mindful of a delicate balance. Here, a tapestry of perennials; there, grasses and wildflowers. They envelop Le Suquet with their colors and scents, overlooking vast summer pastures. They are designed to create a perfect harmony with the fragrance of the flowers and the birdsong…
