Rooms and suites in sight

The 13 rooms, including 2 suites and a junior suite, to the interior architecture signed Jérôme Saysset, are part of the principle of discovery and assert themselves as framing on the landscape. Most on the ground floor and all with a breathtaking view. The rooms are open to the outside thanks to large bays. These rooms sometimes neighbor with the sky, sometimes soak up the garden and large surrounding areas. The escape is permanent. Since this magical place, Aubrac stages itself for the pleasure of all our senses.

The evocation of buron and draille

The rooms are an extension of the rest of the building to constitute only one and the same architecture. We find here, through the stone, the evocation of the buron, this mineral pastoral refuge. Further on, the stone path bordered by bushes, which leads to the hotel rooms and points to the bell tower of Laguiole, is called the Draille, the name of these tracks that mark out the tray and allow herds to reach pastures during transhumance.

A garden on a tray

The Suquet buildings are home to winds an incredible garden, in which nature has been able to express themselves, guided by women and men concerned with a fair balance. Here a frame of perennials, there grasses, field flowers. They surround the suquet of their colors, their smells, and dominate large estives. They are fitted out to establish perfect communion with the scent of flowers, the song of birds…
